If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your experience, we offer a clear and fair refund policy. Please review our refund terms below: General Refund Policy Refund Requests: If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of your booking. Refunds will only be processed for requests made within this time frame. Eligibility: Refunds are available for prepaid bookings that have not been used or attended. If you do not show up for your scheduled session, a refund will not be issued. Service Cancellations: If we need to cancel a service due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Refund Process Initiating a Refund: To request a refund, please reach out to our customer service team via email or phone. Provide your booking details (e.g., date, time, and service type), and the reason for your request. Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, we will offer an alternative method of reimbursement. Non-Refundable Services Some services, such as gift cards, packages, and special events with a fixed date, are non-refundable. Please review your booking carefully before confirming payment.
